Shipping costs abroad

Of course it is possible to deliver parcels abroad. During the ordering process, the shipping costs are automatically determined based on the country of destination and the number of packages needed to ship your order. 

Progress of your order

After you have ordered, you will receive an email from us with your order details. As soon as your package has been packed, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link. Via that link you can view the time indication and status of your delivery of your package.

Delivery

DHL parcel delivery
DHL will deliver your parcel at the delivery address provided in the order process. Delivery can take place on working days and Saturdays between 8:30 and 18:00. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link. 


You are not at home?
Then the parcel will be delivered at your neighbours. If delivery at the neighbours is not possible, the parcel will be delivered to a DHL parcel location in the area. The postman will leave a message for you with which you can locate your parcel. It is important to pick up the parcel from the DHL location within one week, otherwise it will be returned to the sender.


Do you prefer DHL undertakes another delivery attempt at your address? Then you have till 23:59 CET the time to report this. Via the Track & Trace link you will be presented with the different options.

Our parcels are delivered at the address you provide in your order by DHL.

Payment methods

You can pay for your order with Ideal, Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.

From Belgium you can pay with Cancontact Mister Cash.

Wrong delivery

If a mistake was made by us during the livery (for example an incomplete, incorrect or damaged delivery), we recommend that you contact EquiElite directly by email and ask for a return label from DHL. We will then send this to you by post or e-mail. Without a label, your package will not be accepted as a return shipment by the DHL Parcel Shop. You can return your package with the label at a DHL Parcel Shop of your choise.

You can easily create an account at EquiElite.
The advantages of an account are:

• It is possible to save multiple shipping addresses
• View your order history
• Quick and easy to re-order a previous order
• The payment process is accelerated
 

Return free of costs

You can return your product (s) in undamaged and uopened original packaging. For the return shipment a return label from DHL must be requested from our customer service. This label can be printed and attached to the top of the package (i.e. the viewing period of 14 days has not been exceeded). You can return your package via a DHL Parcel Shop. If you wish to return the product  via another carrier these costs are not covered by EquiElite and are for your own account. 


The full purchase amount, together with any paid shipping costs of the initial delivery, will be reimbursed as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after dissolution. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods at our warehouse, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods. 
Instead of previously described procedure you can use the European model of withdrawal. You can send this via email or by using the contact us. 


For a quick handling of your return shipment, we recommend that you add (a copy of) the original invoice (or other proof of purchase) to the return parcel. Please also mention the reason for return when possible.
 

Trial period

When you buy remotely from a webshop, you as a consumer are entitled to a trial period of 14 days as standard. This period starts after you have received your order.
